Rhode Island Greening
Over 50 varieties of peaches are harvested from August 1 through mid-September. We grow and sell both yellow and white-fleshed peaches, including antique varieties and “super sweet” low acid varieties such as the White Lady Peach. We sell only “tree ripened” fruit just hours off the tree.
Nectarines, Plums, etc
We also grow a variety of nectarines and plums which are available August-September. Additionally, we offer Concord grapes and quinces that are available in the fall.
Pears are available between mid-August up until Christmas.
Some of the pears we harvest include:
We have produced apple cider pressed from our own apples on the farm for over 50 years. We start making cider in early October, and continue through the winter. Our cider is light-treated, which makes it safe for all ages to drink while still preserving its flavor. We press pear cider and other special blends for CiderDay as well as for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
